- MultiVehicle - PU - Vehicles/ UI - Missing Advanced HUD with Multitool on hip
- PU - ATC - GIIM - Simultaneous ATC hangar requests put players in a queue even though there are available physical hangars to use
- Critical: PU - Star Map - Party Members do not appear on the star map or area map
- PU - Cargo / Commodities - The player can autoload cargo with the vehicle unstowed, causing the cargo to be stuck to the vehicle grid
- PU - Personal Inventory / Respawn screen / Item Recovery - Users will load into Klescher Rehabilitation Facility after breaking out of prison and relaunching client
- PU - Stanton - Beam Weapons - Game Code / Actors / Animation - Beam Weapons do not apply Force or cause Force Reactions
- Critical: PU - Stanton - Mission Refactor - Wikelo Collection - Turning in additional items results in the items disappearing and additional items in the freight elevator
- Critical: Argo ATLS - PU - Mounts - ATLS teleports around area when entered by player in motion
- Critical: PU - Design / Locations / Live Services - Players can spawn in the center of Pyro or Stanton after selecting their Primary Residence
- Critical: PU - Vehicles / Cargo - Freight Elevators / Cargo Grids - Vehicle Components - Certain vehicle components will clip into the ground when snapped to a cargo grid
- Critical: PU - Missions / AI - Hijacked 890Jump - Using the middle mouse button to melee an enemy will cause the mission not to complete
- Critical: PU - Shopping/Kiosk - Refinery - Refinery Orders once completed cannot be loaded onto a cargo ship
- High: PU - Pyro - Jump Points - Locations / Spacescaping - Asteroids that surround the Stanton Gateway can be seen inside the Jump Tunnel and occasionally can cause fatal collisions when exiting the Jump Tunnel
- High: PU - Pyro - Jump Point - Failing a Jump point will displace the player far away from the gateway station
- RSI Polaris - Vehicles - PU - The Point Defense Cannon / PDC’s will shoot down the ships own Torpedoes
- PU - Armor - Male/Female - Duster Armor Helmet and variants break animations when player attempts to remove & re-equip helmet
- AC - Crossroads of Crime - Tank Royale - Art - Train rail is missing from the map making the train appear to be floating
